Tuition and Fees
Tuition is set annually by the Board of Trustees. Parents (or other persons financially responsible for obligations of the student) sign an enrollment agreement with the school that obligates parents to pay all tuition and fees for the full academic year. Alternative plans for tuition payment are available, including annual, semiannual and monthly schedules.

- Tennessee Education Savings Account is Accepted
- If participating in ESA, tuition must be paid in full according to ESA cycles. For more information about the ESAs, see https://tnesa.org.
- Fees are collected as of August 1, 2020 and are nonrefundable
Payment Schedule Plans
Annual - Payments due August 1, 2020
ANNUAL PAYMENT RECEIVED BY August 1, 2020 WILL BE ENTITLED TO A 5% TUITION DISCOUNT, net of other discounts.* excluding financial aid accounts.
Semi-Annual - Payments due August 1, 2020 & January 1, 2021
Quarterly - Payments due August 1, 2020, November 1, 2020, January 1, 2021 & March 1, 2021
9 Months - Payments due August 1, 2020 and the 1st of each month Sept.1, 2020 through April 1, 2021
12 Months - Payments due the 1st of each month June 1, 2020 through May 1, 2021 * must be current as of August 1, 2020
Additional Information
For any plan change made after July 17, 2020 there is a fee of$25.00.
For a change from the annual payment at any point, the 5% discount is charged back to the family account.
Late fee is 1.5% of outstanding balance on the 16th of the month.
Merchant Fee is 3.75% for all debit/credit card transactions.Charge applied to the family account the month following the transaction(s).
Students enrolling after August 1 are not eligible for the 12-month plan option.

$600 - Academic Program Fee – Includes technology and instructional materials

$200 - Extended Learning Fee

Miscellaneous Fees:
*Robotics Club - $75 - quarter
*Group Music Club/Lessons - $75 - 6 week session
Various Club Options - $50+ per session chosen by 6 week session
*Field Day T-shirts - $15
*Jean Days - $5
Jump Rope for Heart - Donations
*Volunteer Fee - $300 en lieu of 20 volunteer hours per family served by March 10 of school year
